Le Blog Alexandra: Les cabanes des pêcheurs

Here is the first look shot by Cécile from the blog "Poulette Magique". It is a mix of new / old / forgotten items with a touch of western influence. When I return to my home town there are few independent shops I like to go to. I have already talked about Darwin shop in previous posts where you can find many cool brands in particular Sessùn. This top is from there and it is so so nice!!! The back is just breathtaking, I wish we could find more tops like this. I always like a backless top or dress, for me it is as sexy as a plunging neckline.
I am addicted to vintage items and like to add them to my look as it makes the outfit unique and more interesting. So anywhere I go I always try to find a vintage store.
In my city there is 'La Remise' owned by Karine who travels a lot to find little treasures. For example, this jacket I am wearing is from there! After finding the Sessùn top I had it in mind to wear all denim so my first option was to add a denim jacket, but then I saw this electric blue suede jacket, well nothing more to say, just look at it :)
I got the belt and these timeless levi´s shorts which you will see me wearing a lot now as it's so easy to pair them with everything.
When I moved to Berlin from Barcelona I stopped by my mum´s house to leave some stuff as I did not need my summer clothes / shoes. Now I am so happy to bring them back to Berlin with me. You know when I was looking at what I left (and I left a lot...) it was like christmas! Totally forgot I had this dress or those shoes... Well that is what happened with these trainers. I bought them 2 years ago in Barcelona and never worn them. Now it´s time to give them a try!
I brought jewellery with me from Berlin, the bracelet is from Marion Mazo. I have already worn her designs in previous posts and I will more in future. The thing is you can wear her jewellery with everything!
The rings are from Sibylai, a new designer I have just discovered who also hand made pieces. This minimalist rings fit perfectly with the look.
Regarding the location, I chose to go to what we call "Les cabanes des pêcheurs"in Gruissan. These are little wooden houses where you will find fishermen during the day.
